Ungdom 14-15, Junior 16-19, Senior, +40, +50

Everyone is entitled to two qualifying rounds, the best time of these counts as the qualifying time.

In the timequalification, 4 people usually start at the same time, where the 8 best times meet in the semi-finals. In semi-final 1, the runners who placed 1st, 4th, 5th and 8th in the time qualification meet. In semi-final 2, the runners who placed 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th in the time qualification meet. The first and second place from both semi-final heats go to the final.

Alla har rätt till två kvalomgångar, den bästa tiden av dessa räknas som kvaltid.

I tidskvalet startar som regel fyra personer samtidigt, där de 8 bästa tiderna för möts i semifinal. I semifinal 1 möts de löpare som placerade sig som 1:a, 4:a, 5:a och 8:a i tidskvalet. I semifinal 2 möts de löpare som placerade sig som 2:a, 3:a, 6:a och 7:a i tidskvalet. Till final går ettan och tvåan från de båda semifinalheaten.

Photos and videos taken by the organizer of the participant during the competition, the organizer has right to use these photos/videos for marketing etc. without copmensation to the participant. The participant agrees by registering for the competition.
