Tävlingsdag: lördagen den 25:e november 2023
Tävlingen genomförs i två steg under dagen. På förmiddagen 09.00 – 12.00 startar deltagarna en i taget med tre minuters lucka i tävlingsbanan. Vid anmälan anger man vilken 15-minutersperiod man vill starta inom. De fyra bästa herrarna och de fyra bästa damerna går vidare och tävlar på eftermiddagen i ett av fyra heat. Två av de bästa herrarna lottas att mötas i heat 1 och i heat 2 möts de två kvarvarande. Motsvarande gäller för damerna. Det är inte fråga om utslagstävlingar utan bästa resultat i något av de båda heaten vinner. I första hand räknas den som har klarat av flest hinder inom maximitiden 25 minuter. Vid lika antal hinder vinner den som använt kortast tid.
Ninja-tävlingen innebär att man flyttar sig från ett hinder direkt till nästa utan löpning mellan hindren. Men hindren är till största delen klart avancerade.
En domare följer med varje tävlande runt hela banan för kontroll att hindren klaras av på ett korrekt sätt.
Tävlingsbanan utgörs av banorna 5 och 6 på övre våningen i Ninja World. Vill du träna på hindren före tävlingen så är du välkommen när som helst som besökare hos Sports Club Vallentuna. Vanligt dagspris gäller vid besöken om du inte är gymmedlem då denna träning ingår i medlemskapet.
Bästa resultat på herr- respektive damsidan ger ett pris på SEK 20.000:-, andraplatsen ger 10.000:-, tredjeplatsen ger 5.000:- och fjärdeplatsen ger 2.000:-
Under tävlingsdagen har deltagarna tillgång till intilliggande gym och simhall. Bilparkering finns kostnadsfri upp till 8 timmar med p-skiva. Med tåg (Roslagsbanan) tar man sig lätt till Vallentuna Centrum och därifrån är promenaden bara ca 5 minuter till anläggningen.
Vallentuna Stenugnsbageri har café finns inom anläggningen.
Anmälningsavgift: 395:- för den som inte är medlem hos Sports Club Vallentuna och 195:- för medlemmar. Avgiften för icke medlemmar inkluderar tillgång till hela Sports Club Vallentuna under tävlingsdagen.
Åldersgräns: minimum 18 år eller med målsmans medgivande minst 12 år.

Competition day: Saturday, November 25, 2023
The competition is carried out in two stages during the day. In the morning from 09:00 – 12:00, participants start one at a time with a three-minute gap in the obstacle course. When registering, you specify which 15-minute period you want to start within. The top four men and the top four women advance and compete in the afternoon in one of four heats. Two of the best men are drawn to compete in heat 1 and in heat 2 the remaining two meet. The same applies for the women. This is not about knockout competitions but the best result in either of the two heats wins. Primarily, the one who has cleared the most obstacles within the maximum time of 25 minutes is counted. In the event of an equal number of obstacles, the one who used the least time wins.
The Ninja competition involves moving from one obstacle directly to the next without running between the obstacles. However, the obstacles are mostly clearly advanced.
A judge accompanies each competitor around the entire track to ensure that the obstacles are completed correctly.
The competition course consists of tracks 5 and 6 on the upper floor in Ninja World. If you want to practice the obstacles before the competition, you are welcome at any time as a visitor at Sports Club Vallentuna. The regular day price applies to the visits unless you are a gym member as this training is included in the membership.
The best result on the men's and women's side each receives a prize of SEK 20,000, second place receives 10,000, third place receives 5,000, and fourth place receives 2,000.
During the competition day, participants have access to the adjacent gym and swimming pool. Free car parking is available for up to 8 hours with a parking disc. By train (Roslagsbanan), it is easy to get to Vallentuna Centrum, and from there it's just about a 5-minute walk to the facility.
Vallentuna Stenugnsbageri has a cafe within the facility.
Registration fee: 395 for those who are not members of Sports Club Vallentuna and 195 for members. The fee for non-members includes access to the entire Sports Club Vallentuna during the competition day.
Age limit: minimum 18 years or with parental consent at least 12 years.
