Ninja World Open 2025

Welcome to Ninja World Open 2025 in Stockholm, Sweden

The Ninja World Open challenges athletes with 35 advanced Ninja-style obstacles, all to be completed within a 25-minute time cap. The winner is determined by the most obstacles cleared in the shortest time.

This exclusive event is limited to 100 participants and offers separate race divisions for men and women. All finalists receive cash prizes, while the champions earn the prestigious title of Ninja World Champion and have their names engraved on the Ninja World Hall of Fame trophies.

The competition unfolds over a single day, starting with morning qualification runs where athletes compete individually, starting every 3 minutes. The top 4 men and women advance to the afternoon finals, facing off in head-to-head races to claim the ultimate victory.

Venue
The competition takes place at Sports Club Vallentuna located in Stockholm, Sweden. Nearest airport is Stockholm Arlanda (ARN). Sports Club Vallentuna is one of Sweden’s most versatile fitness centres and features the largest indoor obstacle course in Europe. https://sportsclubvallentuna.se 

Race Details
In this one-day event there is one race division for men and one for women. The competition features morning qualifying rounds, followed by afternoon finals for the overall top 4 men and top 4 women. In the qualification athletes start individually every 3 minutes. In the finals athletes start in pairs where they race one final run to determine who becomes Ninja World Champion. Ranking is primarily determined by the number of obstacles each athlete successfully completes. Should there be a tie in obstacle completion, the athletes' finishing times will serve as the tiebreaker. Time cap is 25 minutes.

A judge accompanies each competitor around the entire track to ensure that the obstacles are completed correctly.

There are no age-group divisions, but it will be possible to filter the result lists by age-group.

Age limit: 18 years, with parental consent 12 years (age on competition day)

Registration
When registering, you specify in which 15-minute time slot (Qualification Group) you would like to start. Your exact start time will be announced a couple of days before the race.  

Registration fee: 
Early bird: 595,- SEK (until 30 Mar 2025)
Standard: 695,- SEK (1 apr - 30 sep)
Final call: 795,- SEK (1 okt - 10 nov)
The fee includes a 3-day full-access-pass for 1 person to the entire facility at Sports Club from Friday 14 Nov to Sunday 16 Nov.

Galaxy Get-together & Awards Ceremony

Start lists will be distributed no later than 3 days before competition day.

Prizes and Bling-bling
Finishing medals for everyone. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Iron medals for the top 4 finalists.

All finalists in the men and women divisions get cash prizes as follows:
1st place 20.000 SEK
2nd place 10.000 SEK
3rd place 5.000 SEK
4th place 2.000 SEK.

The winners will have their names proudly engraved on the Ninja World Trophy, showcased in the trophy cabinet at Sports Club Vallentuna. They will also earn the lifelong title of "Ninja World Champion.

Facility Access During Competition Weekend (Fri–Sun):
Registered athletes enjoy free access to the entire Sports Club Vallentuna facility, including gyms, swimming pools, and saunas during competition weekend.

The competition takes place on the upper floor in Ninja World. If you're not a member but want to practice the obstacles before the event, you're welcome to visit anytime! Daily entrance fees apply. We’re open daily from early morning to late evening—see our opening hours here: Opening Hours.

Special Offers:

• During the competition weekend (Nov 14–16), registered athletes' friends and family receive a 50 SEK discount on the entry fee.
• Spectators enter free on race day, subject to venue capacity.

The famous Vallentuna Stenugnsbageri has a magnificent Sports Café within the facility, serving delicious sandwiches and yummy salads.

Access by Car
